Refund policy

All drinkware, last chance, clearance and  customs sales are final, please ask questions before purchasing.

We will gladly refund your purchased price on non drinkware products, less shipping costs, once the order is returned to us within fifteen days of shipping from us. We are not responsible for mail marked delivered or lost mail you must contact your local post office directly and file a claim, we will be glad to assist you.
